Meet our Founder

Eva Liu is the founder of Origami Impact, a consultancy that helps mission-driven leaders navigate complex challenges and maximize their impact. She brings deep expertise in strategy, facilitation, and organizational development, partnering with leaders to create clarity, alignment, and momentum.Previously, Eva was the founding Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Chicago Beyond, a philanthropic organization where she led strategy, operations, and marketing, and helped deploy more than $50M into community-led initiatives. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, leading strategic, operational, and digital engagements across sectors including financial services, healthcare, and education, and worked in investment banking at Barclays, advising nonprofit healthcare systems on capital access.Eva graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with an A.B. in Government and a minor in Economics, and earned her MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
